Michel Broch is an attorney-at-law by training. Having started his career at the Federal Insurance Court and in the Legal Department of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (now FINMA), Michel Broch joined Ernst & Young in 1990 as a banking and financial adviser. He became a partner and then a director of the firm. After having become chairman of the Executive Committee of Banque Safdié in 2002, he established his own consulting company in 2005, specializing in services to banks and financial institutions. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several banking institutions.
He became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Compagnie Privée de Conseils et d’Investissements SA in 2015.
A barrister and a law graduate from the University of Geneva, Robert Zoells was employed by a business and tax law firm, of which he was a partner from 1999 to 2003. As from 2004 he was a lawyer and partner of De WECK ZOELLS KOBEL (DWZK). He has been the Honorary Consul General of Austria since 2012.
He became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Compagnie Privée de Conseils et d’Investissements SA in 2011.
In her capacity of general secretary, Chief Legal Officer and director of the legal department of a number of major listed international companies for more than 15 years, Ms. Gabriele Hofmann-Schmid has an in-depth knowledge of corporate clients’ expectations and demands. Ms. Gabriele Hofmann-Schmid holds a number of offices. She is a founding member of the management board of Swiss Kinderstiftung, chair of the Swiss Air and Space Law Association (ASDA) and a member of the board of the Freies Gymnasium, Basel. She became a member of the Board of Directors of Compagnie Privée de Conseils et d’investissements SA in 2011.
